Where traditional woodworking meets modern precision, rooted in Durham, built for spaces that demand more.
Eclipse Craftworks grew out of an unexpected place: a recording studio. Our parent company, Brett Acoustics, had spent years engineering acoustic treatment for professional and home studios. Clients kept asking the same question: can you make the treatment look like real furniture?
That question revealed something bigger. The same precision, material knowledge, and design sensibility that produces acoustic panels can produce extraordinary cabinetry for every room in the house. Eclipse Craftworks was founded to do exactly that.
Today we operate a fully equipped workshop in Durham, NC, combining CNC routing with hands-on joinery and finishing. Whether it's a kitchen full of custom cabinets or a single architectural panel, we approach every project with the same standard: measure relentlessly, cut precisely, and never shortcut materials.
From project brief to finished product, with deliberate craftsmanship at every stage.
Share your specifications, drawings, and custom requirements. Whether you're a design professional or a homeowner with a vision, we start by understanding exactly what needs to be built.
We produce detailed fabrication drawings, select materials, and prepare everything for production. Every dimension, profile, and finish is confirmed before a single board is cut.
Approved designs move to our workshop. CNC precision meets hand-finishing as we cut, assemble, and apply finishes, with quality checkpoints at each stage.
Finished pieces are carefully packaged and shipped to your project site, anywhere in the country. We coordinate with your team to ensure everything arrives ready for install.
